International customers (customers outside Germany) are responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond my control, and are entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.

As much as I would love to offer free shipping, it's simply not sustainable for a small independent studio jeweller like me. All my shipping prices are calculated fairly by region and weight, and to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, there’s a trackable and insured option.

If you choose the Insured & Tracked shipping option, your package is insured for up to €50.

Returns Policy
I hope you will be delighted with your new treasure. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to refund your order providing a refund is requested with 28 days of purchased. A few things to note:
I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for custom creations or commissions
For hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings.
All items being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and its condition approved, a full refund of the cost of the piece will be issued. I do not refund shipping costs.
Items are returned at the buyer's own expense and risk, so I recommend using a tracked service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage.
For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
