A gentle and graceful soul is the deer. A fierce protector, a mysterious guide, a silent companion. Being such an iconic motive in the world of folklore, I couldn’t help but honour this beautiful animal, and the earthy and spiritual realms that it embodies.

Each pendant has been individually hand modelled from wax, and struck from the same original design. So each one slightly different, and perfectly unique. They have a beautiful stoney texture on both sides, and are marked with 925 stamp on the reverse to signify this piece is sterling silver.

Process: This pendant was lovingly hand-carved in wax, and imprinted with the textured stones collected on my many beach walks. It has a beautiful stoney texture on both sides and has an oxidised finish to emphasise all the tiny details. You can read all about the ancient technique of Lost Wax Casting here.

Size: This pendant measures approx. 2.3 cm (H) x 1.2 cm (W)

Options: When purchased with a chain, your pendant will come attached to 45 cm sterling silver chain with a spring ring clasp.
